Haggai 2:5-9

God reveals his plans to judge the nations of the world, and make Israel great one day, even though the rebuilt temple in the time of Haggai did not look like much.

Haggai 2:3-4

The Jews who returned from captivity rebuilt the temple which had been destroyed, yet the rebuilt edifice was inferior to the previous one built by Solomon.

Haggai 1:12-2:3

How Zerubbabel roused the people of Judah to get busy and rebuild the temple which had been destroyed by the Babylonians.

Haggai 1:9-15

A book of getting busy and work for the Lord. There is a time to pray and there is a time to pick up the tools.

Investing our best efforts and treasures toward serving the Lord and building His kingdom. Taking the easy way isn't the easy way.

Haggai 1:1-4

People were discouraged by opposition when they tried to build the temple, and they said "the time is not right to build the temple." But… The time is always right to serve the Lord!

Haggai 1:1

Haggai who preached to the Jews who had returned from the Babylonian Captivity, that they should stop being concerned only with their own houses but get busy and rebuild the temple.

Jude 1:20-25

In finishing Jude, we are urged to build ourselves up in the most holy faith in Jesus, so that we can encourage others, and do what we can to rescue unbelievers from the flames.

Jude 1:19-20

Jude warns against false teachers, who don't have the spirit of Christ, who knowingly pervert the Bible for personal gain. Build yourself up in the Lord! Don't let anyone overthrow your faith.

Jude 1:16-19

Each of us is held accountable to believe the Bible and reject the lies and fakery that is promoted by evil men. These are they who deny the truths of God's word in order to gain advantage and money.

Jude 1:13-16

Enoch is mentioned, "the seventh from Adam," who from a long time ago wrote a prophecy about false teachers who would be severely dealt with at the second coming of Christ.
