Revelation 20:9-13

A final showdown is coming after the thousand years peace, when the devil is set loose for one last attempt to deceive the world. He and his army will be completely destroyed, and then begins the great White Throne Judgment when sinners are judged and thrown into a lake of fire.

Revelation 20:4-9

A look into the future courts of heaven, during the millennium, when those who have been killed and mistreated for their testimony of Jesus will be richly rewarded, and then after the millennium Satan is let loose one more time to test humanity.

Revelation 20:1-6

McGee talks about the millennium… the thousand years of peace, as prophesied in Revelation. There are many views about this period and where it is placed in the study of end-time prophecy.

Revelation 19:11-21

We see Jesus coming to reign over the earth, riding a white horse. He comes as King of Kings and Lord of Lords!

Revelation 19:2-11

John foresees the great day in heaven when Jesus comes again to reign over the whole earth, and those who have been faithful to him will be rewarded!

Revelation 19:1

One verse which introduces the great multitude in Heaven shouting praises to God prior to the coming reign of Jesus Christ after the final defeat of Babylon.

Revelation 18:9-24

Babylon in the Bible represents the epitome of the evil that controls the world. McGee discusses more about what Revelation says about the future destruction of commercial, political and religious Babylon.

Revelation 18:1-8

The fall of Babylon is described, and there are two areas: religious Babylon, and economic and political Babylon.

Revelation 17:6-18

Babylon the Great is pictured as an evil harlot, a phony church, and a city that rules over the wicked system. But the beast (Antichrist) will turn on the woman, and will burn her up. God sometimes turns the enemy's own swords against themselves.

Revelation 16:18-17:5

More of the Great Tribulation, when God judges what is referred to as "Mystery Babylon the Great, the mother of prostitutes and of the abominations on the earth." McGee says this represents a false church that departed from the Gospel.

Revelation 16:9-17

More about the "bowl judgments" of God during the Great Tribulation. It will be horrible and will be the last chance for sinful humanity to turn back to God; most, unfortunately, will not.
